Yes, we provide live-in Carers. If you are requiring a resident nurse or carer then we are often able to accommodate this in a variety of locations.

In order to provide a quality, person centred service, our minimum visit time is 1 hour however this is subject to the care requirements and location.

Yes, we are used to working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution to their medical and nursing needs.

Our Registered Nurses and Carers are trained to deal with emergencies when they are working alone in someone’s home and will call the relevant emergency service if required.

Following your initial enquiry, one of our nurse managers will contact you to find out more about your nursing or care requirements and discuss the options available through with you.

This will depend entirely on your private health care provider and the policy you have. We advise that you check with your provider to claim any entitlement.

Our recruitment processes are extremely stringent and include face-to-face interviews, reference checks, criminal record checks (DBS) and occupational health clearances.

Following our most recent inspection in January 2020, the CQC said ‘People told us the registered manager and management of the agency went the extra mile to ensure care provision was successful and monitored the provision of care very closely until they were happy and satisfied it met their needs.’

Yes. We are able to provide a Registered Nurse or Carer to travel with you either to go on holidays or for the purposes of repatriation.

Our nurses and carers can provide care to clients who are based in London and the home counties. This includes Kensington and Chelsea, Harrow, Twickenham, Westminster, Camden and Surrey. We can provide care in areas beyond this subject to the accommodation provision available.

We know that when dealing with people’s health, circumstances can change rapidly with little or no warning. Once you have got in touch with us, our nurse managers will be able to advise how quickly we could mobilise a suitable care package subject to your needs. Our dynamic team are able to adapt to changes in the delivery of care.

Yes our nurses are trained for a variety of services that they can perform in a visit, this include dressing changes, injections, IV infusions and assessments.
