If you are a Registered Nurse or Carer looking for work
“I am very grateful to Cavendish Homecare for the service they provided. I needed a registered nurse for an injection at short notice and during the weekend and this was done very swiftly. The registered nurse came the same day, and she was excellent. This level of professional service and flexibility is extremely useful and very reassuring. Thank you.”
“As you are aware without the astute nature and excellent training of your team, the recent situation that occurred for my sister may have led to a different outcome. I am so relieved to see her back and looking more like herself.”
“This is just to say how much I appreciate the excellent work Registered Nurse L has done as my night carer.”
“The lady carer has been excellent and please pass on our thanks to her for all that she has done. Thanks to all at Cavendish.”

When 83-year-old Mrs. C, a previous Cavendish Homecare patient, accidentally fell, she called us immediately for emergency Respite Homecare. Within the hour, one of our Registered Nurses had arrived and arranged for her to go to hospital, where they found she had a hairline pelvic fracture.
Nervous and with no family nearby, our Registered Nurse stayed with her until she was admitted. We then arranged for respite care which involved a one of our Carers visiting daily to ensure she was comfortable.
After being declared fit, we accelerated her discharge by carrying out a Home Risk Assessment, and creating a Care Plan which included arranging equipment from our suppliers while her NHS order was approved. We’ve continued to work with her Physiotherapist, GP and other experts as her respite care has continued.
After stating she wanted to remain at home as her health improved, we liaised with those responsible for Mrs. C’s finances and created a Resident and Relief Care Package that worked within her budget and gave her the independence she desires.
“I feel so much better knowing Cavendish Homecare are around to help me.”
