A night of recognition: Celebrating social care leadership

Last week, the Cavendish homecare team had the privilege of attending the prestigious Social Care Leadership Awards at the London Marriott Hotel. It was a truly inspiring evening that celebrated the exceptional individuals and organisations making a difference in the social care sector.

The awards ceremony brought together leaders from across the industry, from care homes and homecare settings to organisations specialising in dementia care and learning disabilities.

The team were particularly proud to see two team members recognised for their outstanding contributions:

• Denise Moore was a finalist in the Quality Assurance Leader Award category. Her commitment to establishing and maintaining a robust quality assurance framework has been instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care at Cavendish Homecare..
• Mairead Liston was a finalist in the Executive Home Care Leader Award category. Her decades of experience and dedication to providing exceptional care have made a profound impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
