Before You Book
Please check your training notification carefully to confirm which courses have expired or need renewing.
You may use one of the recommended providers listed below or another provider of your choice, provided the training meets our required standards and is appropriately certified/accredited.
If you are unsure which course to book, whether a provider is suitable, or whether your existing training is acceptable, please contact recruitment@cavendishhomecare.com before booking.
Please ensure you complete the course and retain your certificate as evidence of completion.
Mandatory training
The Health & Safety Group – CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training
The Health & Safety Group offers a one-day CSTF Mandatory Training course.
When booking, please select Module A.
Important – Food Hygiene:
Food Hygiene is NOT included in the one-day classroom course. You will therefore need to complete the Food Hygiene course separately online.
When you book the one-day course, you will have access to complimentary e-learning courses, including:
- Food Hygiene
- Medication Administration
- Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training
Please make sure you complete the one-day course and any additional online training required for your role, including Food Hygiene.

Global Healthcare Professionals – Mandatory Training Courses
Global Healthcare Professionals is an alternative option for completing your mandatory training.
Their mandatory training package includes Food Hygiene, so you do not need to complete a separate Food Hygiene course.
