My responsibilities include handling all incoming enquiries, managing rotas for our Carers and Nurses so we meet our clients’ needs and communicating with all staff and clients to ensure the best quality of care is given smoothly and effectively.

Interesting fact: I love spending time with my family and friends, doing anything with them from travelling to watching a film with a takeaway and a beer.
