Investors in People is a voluntary standard that focuses on people management, providing workplace accreditation to organisations that adhere to the Investors in People Standard and are assessed against their ‘We invest in people framework.’ The recognition aims to improve performance and achieve objectives by emphasising effective management and development of personnel. They guide and support organisations in enhancing their workplace culture, specifically in areas such as employee engagement, communication, organisational culture, and work practices.
