Do you provide private nursing at home? Yes, we can provide you with a Registered Nurse who will be able to deal with a range of acute or chronic conditions. Our services include injections, dressings, post-operative care, cancer care, respite care, palliative care and dementia care.
Do you provide live-in Carers? Yes, we provide live-in Carers throughout the UK.
What is the minimum visit time you offer? In order to provide a quality, person centred service, our minimum visit time is 1 hour.
Are you able to work with District Nurses and social services to provide additional nursing or care at home? Yes, we are used to working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution to their medical and nursing needs.
What happens if there is a medical emergency whilst the nurse or carer is looking after someone? Our Registered Nurses and Carers are trained to deal with emergencies when they are working alone in someone’s home and will call 999 in the event of an emergency.
How does the process of arranging a Registered Nurse or Carer work? We will come and meet with you either in hospital or your home, to carry out a Risk Assessment and to discuss your nursing or care requirements. With your consent and input we will then develop a Care Plan specific to your circumstances and needs.
Am I able to claim for your services via my private health cover? This will depend entirely on your private health care provider and the policy you have. We advise that you check with your provider to claim any entitlement.
How do you ensure your staff are trustworthy? Our recruitment processes are extremely stringent and include face-to-face interviews, reference checks, criminal record checks (DBS) and occupational health clearances. In addition our staff are supervised regularly in our clients’ homes.
What does the Care Quality Commission (CQC) say about your service? Following our most recent inspection in January 2020, the CQC said ‘People told us the registered manager and management of the agency went the extra mile to ensure care provision was successful and monitored the provision of care very closely until they were happy and satisfied it met their needs.’
Are you able to escort patients within the UK and internationally? Yes. We are able to provide a Registered Nurse or Carer to travel with you either to go on holidays or for the purposes of repatriation.
