Our Client’s Story…
Anya, residing alone in a one-bedroom apartment in Camden, had consistently maintained an independent lifestyle. However, after her recent hip replacement surgery, it become apparent that post operative homecare would be required. Her family was dissatisfied with Anya’s current hospital care arrangement and wanted to find better options. They wished for a thoughtful and caring approach to make sure Anya received meticulous care at the highest standard.
Three days post-surgery, Anya’s family expressed the desire for regular night care in her home. Emphasising the importance of consistent care during her early homecoming, it was proposed to have the addition of a day carer to facilitate a smoother transition. Through close collaboration with our Clinical Manager, hospital ward manager, physiotherapist and occupational therapist, Anya was seamlessly able to return home.
