Adriana’s typical day involves reviewing client notes and clinical updates, addressing any concerns raised overnight, leading team meetings, and ensuring clinical standards and safeguarding practices are upheld. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams and often carries out home visits, ensuring that every aspect of care remains client-centred and responsive.
Professional background
Adriana qualified as a Registered Nurse at the College of Nursing and also holds a degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Cavendish, she worked as a Regional Nurse Manager for eight years and gained experience in home parenteral nutrition and paediatric hospital care. She has completed extensive specialist training, including intravenous therapy, wound care, diabetes management, safeguarding, and the administration of biologic treatments at home.

Outside of work, Adriana enjoys spending time with her son, going camping, crocheting handmade toys, and exploring the outdoors. A fun fact about her is her fascination with the history of medicine, particularly the ancient surgical practices of early civilisations.
