Being part of the bookings team has allowed me to gain confidence through developing my interpersonal and communication skills. My role includes collating and presenting schedules whilst also being the liaison between nursing staff, clients and carers. I ensure that all relevant information is clearly communicated and all queries are answered. As a result, this allows our healthcare professionals to be well-informed and continue delivering both high-quality service and care to our clients.

Interesting fact: My ideal Sunday evening is either listening to Juice WRLD or watching an Eleanor Neale true crime documentary.
