My work day normally starts off planning collaboratively with my immediate colleagues. This way I can set up my priorities, and make sure that the most urgent work gets done first. My role is to manage the recruitment and compliance team which involves ensuring all of our Nurses and Carers are fully compliant and documentation is up to date.

Interesting fact: I’m really enjoy exploring fashion and trends and have a massive clothes and shoes collection.
