Iris holds a Level 8 Bachelor’s Degree in Social Care and has hands-on experience supporting both adults with physical and sensory disabilities and young children with developmental delays. Her academic background and practical experience have given her deep insight into the needs of both clients and care professionals, strengthening her effectiveness in an administrative and client-facing role.
